What OpenClaw means for Small Businesses
Last night, I watched one AI sabotage another to finish a spreadsheet faster.
Determined to finish on a data cleaning task, I opened Gemini and Claude CoWork in the same tab to see which would finish the task faster. Maybe it was my past-midnight delusion, but I also thought it would be interesting to watch them race - two agents, one task.As they both worked the problem, cells and values changing left and right, Claude appeared to get frustrated with Gemini's window "being in the way." It CLOSED Gemini mid-task and completed the rest of its assignment.
Recently, my team has been using an agentic framework called OpenClaw. Essentially, it connects tools like email, LLM’s, image generation, and the internet to create an AI that can actually “do things.” We have had a blast pushing the limits on capabilities so far, and I can only imagine what this technology will look like in the next couple of years. Superintelligence, the singularity, who knows?
Small businesses have entered a golden age with the tools at their disposal. It’s amazing to see the largest AI companies all competing to be the most helpful to us. Will AI fulfill its promises of efficiency capture all the way into utopia? Maybe, but only for the folks who lean in.
